Regular Rental
If you choose to regularly utilize our meeting rooms, we offer you a special flat rate: CHF 100 per day (from 8 am to 5:30 pm) and room. This discount is applicable when you book a room for at least two months, every week on at least one day.

Video equipment for virtual meetings
If you would like to upgrade your video conference, you are welcome to use our installed technology free of charge. Alternatively, you can rent a properly set up laptop from us, which includes Skype, Zoom, Teams, and Whereby.
Available equipment:
Three permanently installed cameras (Aida HD-100A POV) that can capture and display the room from three different perspectives.
Video switcher (BlackmagicDesign ATEM mini) for real-time editing of the web conference. The output is in the form of a USB webcam, with resolution and frame rate controlled by the hardware (up to 1080p, 60 fps).
Table microphone (Zoom H2n) for group recording.
Lapel microphone (wireless, Rode Wireless Go) for the main speaker.
Monitor (HD, 27 inches) at the head of the table for displaying the image and sound of the remote conference participants.
The projector output is also available as a webcam USB signal, so that remote participants can see the same content as the attendees on-site.
Requirements to use our technology:
- 3 USB-C ports
- Modern, powerful device (at least Intel i7 or Apple M1 processors)
- Knowledge of how to connect two external monitors, as well as external speakers and microphones.

The “Gloggespiel” (located a 2-minute walk away) is our partner for childcare. It is open from Tuesday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6 pm. The service is available on a drop-in basis without prior notice.
Costs:

Video Equipment for Hybrid Meetings
Our rooms are perfectly equipped for video conferences and hybrid meetings.
We provide three cameras, a video switcher, a central microphone, and an additional wireless microphone for your convenience during video conferences and hybrid meetings.
Cost: The use of these devices is included in the rental fee for the meeting room.
If needed, a technical instruction can be booked for the first time - as short or as long as desired. The cost is CHF 150 per hour.
Regular Rental
Please contact us using this form if you would like to regularly rent a room on a specific weekday.
The rental fee for a room is CHF 100 per day, or CHF 400 per month. Of course, you can also rent multiple rooms on multiple weekdays. A quantity discount will be provided depending on the quantity rented.
The availability of our rooms for monthly rental: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm.
The minimum rental period is two months.
